Why come to therapy?
There are numerous reasons why you might reach out for additional support, and therapy is often sought when life is most challenging. However, it can also be a way of maintaining health and be part of a desire for self growth and deeper connections. How I work
As a gestalt therapist my approach is to provide a safe and supportive space for us to understand how you are navigating your life. We will explore your current situation and focus on the issues you would like to work on. I will support you to deepen your awareness and nurture your ability for self-compassion. We will also identify where old patterns are no longer serving you, and ultimately strengthen your relationship with yourself, others and the environment. I have personally found therapy profoundly helpful and love having the opportunity to facilitate others on their unique journey.
